Dry brewer's yeast is a unique product that contains up to 50% of high-quality, high-grade, easily digestible protein, which contains 17 essential amino acids, including essential ones. The composition contains vitamins D, F, E, K, group B, biotin, minerals and metals (magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium, copper, zinc, manganese, iron, chromium, selenium, sulfur, phosphorus), various carbohydrates and fats, as well as RNA - ribonucleic acid, which prevents cell destruction and premature aging. Brewer's yeast is used in the production of a wide range of animal feed, food industry and pharmacology.
By biological value and amino acid content, they are significantly superior to plant food. In the context of the concentration of lysine, when comparing the amino acid composition of the feed, they are inferior only to fishmeal.
